20 mm thick polished granite counter top platform with stainless steel sink & 2' Ceramic tile dado above the granite counter top. Provision for washing machine in utility area.

Antiskid ceramic tiles for flooring & ceramic glazed tiles dado upto 7' height. Matching 50% coloured  EWC with  ceramic flush tank of make Hind ware / Parry ware / Cera with good quality CP fittings. Counter top wash basin for master toiler and dining area.  Wash basin with pedestal for all other toilets.

 
PAINTING :  Emulsion for internal walls-roller finish. Emulsion for external walls over plastered surface

SANITARY :  Disposal to the municipal. Internal soil waste water and rain water lines are PVC pipes
ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT     Shall be done for soil and wood work.
